IT IS OUR DESIRE FOR YOU TO HAVE A SAFE AND MEMORABLE WATER ADVENTURE AS YOU ENJOY THE MAJESTIC VIEWS OF THE NIANGUA RIVER.

The Law States That There Must Be No Glass in Canoes, Rafts, or Kayaks.

Weekend reservations should be made in advance to ensure availability.

Payment in full is required 14 days prior to the float date. 

Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance. 

Weekday floating is available without a reservation.

Departure…. from 8am until 11:30am. Float trip drop off will be at the public access at Bennett Springs.

Take Out Rules… All vessels must be off the water before 5pm Sunday through Friday, and by 6pm on Saturdays. Late take outs will be charged a $25/hr late fee per vessel – No exceptions.

Courtesy and The Law… The Missouri State Water Patrol keeps close tabs on these waters so please do not litter ( litter bag provided ), and respect personal property along the river. Remember Purple Paint means NO TRESPASSING. Those bluffs or riverbanks are off limits.

We cannot be responsible for personal loss or injury during the use of our equipment and a waiver must be signed the day of your float. 

Your Responsibility… Keep the river clean. Respect other floaters and do not abuse or abandon the rental equipment. You will be held personally responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of the equipment assigned to you during the time of use. Normal wear and tear is considered.

We cannot be liable for any accidents or injuries that happen while using our rental equipment.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

Notice to all Renters: You accept full responsibility for any and all equipment issued agrees to reimburse Majestic Views Outfitters of Missouri, for any replacement or repairs necessary to return equipment and/or unit to its original condition.

Assumption of Risk: The undersigned acknowledges that canoeing, rafting, kayaking, can be a dangerous activity and that by participating the undersigned may incur personal or possibly fatal injuries. The undersigned further acknowledges that participating may result in loss or damage of personal items or personal property. By signing below the undersigned acknowledges and assumes responsibility for those risks.

Release of Liability: Majestic Views Outfitters of Missouri will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests. Furthermore, Majestic Views Outfitters, will not be responsibility for loss or damage of personal property. The undersigned fully assumes all risks associated with canoeing, rafting, kayaking, and agrees to release Majestic Views Outfitters of Missouri and any representative of this liability from any liability which may occur.
